REGISTRATION CALL

Our dedicated consultants are on hand as trusted advisors guiding candidates throughout the application and placement process. We discuss each candidate’s skills and experience, and where they align with current open positions. Thereafter we share a list of all relevant job specifications, and details of the application processes for each role.

CV REVIEW

We work closely with candidates to ensure that their CVs are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client to give them the best chance of securing an interview. We request written authorisation prior to putting forward any CV, and provide our candidates with regular updates on the status of their applications.

INTERVIEWS

The interview prep process begins with a mock interview followed by a strategy session. We then prepare a tailored interview guide which highlights best practice and specific advice to navigate a successful interview. We apply our deep knowledge of the industry and specific nuances of each firm to help candidates articulate their experience and fit for each particular role.

OFFERS

At the offer stage, our consultants negotiate on the candidate’s behalf to secure the best possible remuneration package and working arrangements. Once the contract is signed, we also, where relevant, support the candidate in the transition process from their current role to their new position.
