As a Business Acceptance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm’s risk related to new clients and business matters. You’ll provide practical advice to fee earners, conduct due diligence, and resolve conflict issues while ensuring the firm meets its legal and regulatory obligations. This role offers the chance to improve internal processes and contribute to team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct conflict searches and resolve issues related to confidentiality and client matters.
• Perform due diligence, risk assessments, and screening for sanctions, PEPs, and reputational risks.
• Advise fee earners on legal, regulatory, and reputational risks for new business.
• Assist in training new joiners on anti-financial crime and business acceptance procedures.
• Support ad-hoc projects and maintain client account processes and the firm’s conflict database.

This role would suit a candidate with at least one year of experience as a Conflicts & AML  Analyst in a law firm. You will have a solid understanding of AML regulations and experience in conflict resolution and client due diligence. Strong communication skills, a solutions-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Familiarity with Intapp Open is a plus but not required.
