You will work closely with partners to identify the firm's training needs, develop effective training programs, prepare business development presentations, and provide insightful reports that influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Market and Legal Insight: Monitor developments in the private investment funds sector to ensure the firm’s practices are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
• Training and Development: Collaborate with partners to assess and address the team’s training needs; design and deliver comprehensive legal training to enhance team capabilities.
• Business Development Support: Develop and prepare impactful presentations and pitch decks for both current clients and prospects to support the firm's business development efforts.
• Reporting and Knowledge Management: Generate essential reports and maintain a proactive approach in managing and disseminating knowledge within the team.

Key Requirements Include:

• Professional Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a private investment funds lawyer.
• Communication and Presentation: Possess excellent presenting, writing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and share knowledge.
• Interpersonal and Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills required to train and motivate team members effectively.
• Analytical and Organisational Skills: Strong organisational, multitasking, and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of managing tight deadlines and creating a positive training environment.
