Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the Conflicts and New Business Team, including data maintenance for client and matter records, activating new matters, and reactivating dormant ones.

Deliver administrative assistance to team leadership, such as managing emails, archiving documents, maintaining contact lists, and handling telephone coverage.

Manage conflict search requests, track and finalise additional-party requests, monitor compliance statuses, and update conflicts databases and internal policy sites.

Assist with the processing and distribution of new business materials, coordinate follow-ups on pending information, and handle requests for administrative tracking numbers and basic conflict searches.
With a salary of up to £42k pro rata, this role would suit a proactive individual with experience in law firm compliance or legal administration who excels in fast-paced settings. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, managing data efficiently, and excellent organisational and time-management skills. Effective communication, calmness under pressure, and a client-focused approach are essential, along with sound judgement and initiative. A degree or equivalent qualification and a keen interest in conflicts or risk environments will help you thrive in this team-oriented role.
