As a Pensions Knowledge Lawyer, you will support the Pensions Advisory team in achieving its strategic objectives, helping to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry developments. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, client engagement, and knowledge management, offering a varied and rewarding experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and update knowledge resources, ensuring the team stays informed of key developments in pensions law.
  • Deliver training sessions and current awareness updates for fee earners, promoting ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Work with partners to produce client briefings, legal updates, and coordinate seminars.
  • Develop and maintain precedents and guidance notes, supporting efficient and accurate delivery of legal services.
  • Collaborate with other practice groups to integrate knowledge-sharing initiatives and identify cross-departmental opportunities.

 

This role is ideal for a knowledgeable and self-motivated pensions lawyer with at least 6 years’ PQE and strong technical expertise as well as a passion for sharing knowledge. You should have excellent drafting and research skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude will be key to success in this role.
