Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, refine, and manage precedent documents and guidance notes to support high-quality legal work.

  • Keep the team ahead of legal and market developments by delivering targeted updates on sector trends and emerging issues.

  • Create impactful pitches, technical materials, and presentations that strengthen client relationships and showcase the team’s expertise.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive training programme, including preparing materials and delivering engaging legal updates and training sessions.

  • Collaborate with industry bodies networking groups, ensuring the team remains connected to broader market practices.

  • Support the team with ad hoc queries and drive initiatives that improve work processes and knowledge-sharing practices.

 

This position will suit a proactive, self-starting lawyer with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of the finance sector. Ideally, you will have 7+ years of relevant PQE and expertise across a broad range of finance matters. You should demonstrate sound judgment, excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing first-class advice and service to the team.
