Joining a team founded in 2021, which has grown rapidly to 19 lawyers, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the team’s technical knowledge development and in providing clients with cutting-edge insights. Your work will span across horizon-scanning for emerging regulations, creating and maintaining key resources, and delivering valuable training to ensure our lawyers remain at the top of their field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust knowledge bank, including precedent documents and templates, to support the team’s technical excellence.
• Monitor and interpret UK and EU regulatory changes, providing timely updates, presentations, and insights for clients and the team.
• Deliver training programmes for junior associates, ensuring continuous skill development and technical knowledge growth.
• Build connections with industry bodies and professional networks to enhance the team’s knowledge base and reputation.
• Support partners with process improvements and respond to ad hoc team queries as needed.

This role is ideal for a financial services regulatory lawyer with 7+ years PQE. You should bring strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for regulatory law. A proactive, self-starting attitude, combined with excellent attention to detail and sound judgment, will make you a valuable asset to the team. Strong knowledge in areas such as AIFMD, MiFID, AML, ESG regulation, and fund structuring is highly desirable.
