As part of the Risk Management team, you will assist Senior Risk Lawyers with claims, complaints, and regulatory matters. This role is ideal for a litigation lawyer looking to develop expertise in risk and compliance, working closely with insurers, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with claims, complaints, and liaison with insurers and brokers.
• Supporting insurance renewals, including professional indemnity and cyber policies.
• Investigating and responding to client complaints.
• Conducting legal research on regulatory compliance.
• Drafting risk-related policies, updates, and training materials.
• Maintaining risk registers and schedules.
• Assisting with file transfers and document management.

Who Would This Suit?

This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with at least two years’ PQE in litigation. Experience in professional negligence is beneficial but not essential. The right candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team will be key to success in this role.
